Walked into the office 2 minutes ago and was greeted by a horrible receptionist. If I wasn't trained on human relations I would've completely freaked out and left. I did briefly say Hi to Vanessa and she seems like a nice person, but that receptionist needs to go! Didn't seem welcoming at all. Real bad for business and I was going to hire her for all my real estate, healthcare, personal and construction taxes and accounting. I certainly do have to reconsider and will quite likely be getting someone else. 😢😢
I had an appointment at 1 pm and upon arrival at 12:55 I was informed Venessa must have forgotten about my appointment due to her attention on her other business. My time is just as valuable as hers and so I do not recommend her for your business
