I wish to retract my previous negative review relating to Vanessa Ash as I believe I have been misled by ASIC and they misrepresented her character and reference to her and her husbands (Bradley Grimm) wrongful conduct. After many years in the Victorian Courts, ASIC are still bumbling along, unable to prove any wrong doing by either of them whilst running Ostrava Equities. Thus, I have lost all faith in the regulatory system.
Oh be very careful of this woman. Do your due diligence and check out what the judiciary think about her in relation to her AFSL dealings and involvement with Ostrava Equities. Forget about her badge of credential as having been employed by ASIC. How is she still practicing as a lawyer; a fit and proper person, I just don't think so.
