A well presented, clean and tidy care home. Having worked here for over a year and a half now, I can safely say that staff are passionate, polite, friendly and always willing to go the extra mile for clients and guests.
As a team leader for the Prince's Trust in Torquay i take a group of Young people on my programme to spend a few days at Vane Hill in which they put on activities for the residents and generally socialise with staff and residents. the staff and management are really helpful in making this a success and Vane Hill is such a great care home and is very well run and all the young people who have spent there always comment on the great work that is done at this unique care home.
