All I can say is "WOW"!!! What a wonderful and professional experience. I was treated like family and even with the difficult questions, Brad was always there to answer every single one!! I am truly impressed with the quality of service and level of attention this team provides!!!
Terrible experience. Three months of agony, at the end we had to settle for a higher interest rate and more points. Loan closed on the of 5th November, still have not received closing documents. Appraiser appraised our property very low, than after weeks of not getting any responses, refused to see why it was so low. Of course, interest went up and needed to charge points.
Professional, attention to detail, sense of urgency, communication on all aspects related to closing our loan. Will be working with them on a future purchase.
