Tammy Warner is a wonderful person who was treated very shabbily by her late husband's children. Her experience drives home the need for everyone (especially in second marriages) to have a Last Will and Testament. After Stu Warner's death his adult kids challenged every step taken to probate his estate by filing what were, in our opinion, meritless, frivolous, and malicious claims.
