After finding out this staff had not claimed all my deductions and expenses I also was told absolutely nothing about ERC credit. They have cost me 10's of thousands of dollars. A new accountant is amending my taxes for the last 3 years! Do not use these people!
I have been working with Rex and Patti for years. They have always treated me great and made things super convenient. Patti is quick to call or email me when I forget to give them important documents and let me know when everything is done. I messed up one year and didn't realize until the following year. They made it easy to fix and didn't make me feel like an idiot. I'm a nobody and they treat me like I'm a somebody. I appreciate that.
Error on our taxes done by Goracke cost us 500 with the IRS 2 years later. Will not cover their mistake. Do not reccomend. Vanderveen is top notch in Neb city tho.
2 years in a row our taxes were incorrectly prepared. Both times we caught the errors before signing...both times the tax preparer refused to come out of his office and explain face to face how/why the error was made..he literally made his secretary relay back and forth. If I am paying $300, I would expect a bit more professionalism. Wont be going back next year...in fact you can save money by going to a tax lawyer, they charge half the price and appreciate the business.
