A five day time frame to pick up my surplus check for tens of thousnds of dollars that i am owed has now turned into 3 weeks because they just haven't had the time. It doesn't affect them so they don't see it as a big deal. I wonder how they would feel if they had to wait on a paycheck for weeks because nobody found the time to do payroll. I bet it would be a big deal then.
