I closed on my house on September 24th, 2025. I was in the middle of moving out of the house I sold that was two hours away so I asked if it would be possible to mail my paperwork and house keys. I was told that they would check to see if that was possible and call me back, they never did. I was in Hickory a few days later and called to see if I could just come by and pick my paperwork and keys up and was told they had been mailed. Update: August 4th 2025 and this is still not fixed. THIS ATTORNEY OFFICE IS A JOKE. We used this attorney to do our closing on March 24th, 2025. We purchased our home, and the lot next to it. When reporting to the titling company and GIS this attorney office failed to report the lot next to it as being purchased by us as well. I first contacted them on May 8th to report the issue, the lot I’m supposed to own and that I’m paying for, is in someone else’s name still.
