Asked for help regarding boot sizing, all three employees very clearly didn't want to do it. Then when the manager got one to do it, she spent maybe 5 second lining it up and then told me I was a size 9 because my toe was on the 9 line. I'm not genius, but I'm pretty sure you want some wiggle room in your boots. I had to try on about 15 pairs of boots before I could find a pair that actually fit.
