Canceled my appointment twice because the provider wasn't in office and rescheduled me without letting me know. Drove an hour just to be told my appointment was changed to the following week and their only consolation was I could book with a provider closer to Nashville at the end of the month. Their phone number pops up as scam caller so my phone blocks it.
