We are extremely disappointed in the care Amber Michelle Thomas provided for our daughter. We do NOT recommend. We expected more from Vanderbilt. Go elsewhere.

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with the phone service. The representative who answered the call was immediately rude and became increasingly unprofessional as the conversation continued. This is now the third time I’ve had to interact with this office, and each time, I’ve encountered the same level of disrespectful behavior. I’ve never experienced such consistently poor etiquette from a customer service team.

We had a phenomenal experience with Dr. Thomas and the whole team. What a relief to have such amazing and kind care.

Vanderbilt billing won't help us out or adjust the bill at all because "insurance is involved" If we went to a different clinic - not connected to Vanderbilt, our bill would have been about 150.... read more
