HORRIBLE. I called to try to speak with someone about a ongoing family court matter and set up a possible consolation to retain new counsel and not only was the secretary rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to be there… but the guy she transferred me to was by far better one of the rudest people I’ve ever spoke to when calling a law firm. He was condescending, spoke to me like I was stupid and yelled at me for calling to try to obtain new counsel. I truly hope he is not a lawyer that represents this firm.
Liz is a wonderful attorney, super knowledgeable, communicating all the options and helping understanding the process.
