Our new sofa was delivered. It had a seam not finished all the way. They looked at it, never fixed it. More stitching coming out ... have asked for repair for 3 - 4 months for repair. Still not repaired at all 11 months later! This is their customer service ... just saying. So sad that businesses don't really care if you are satisfied any more. Once they get your money, that's all folks! The un-finished seam should have been repaired before it came to us. Don't they check them over upon delivery to the store at all?
The delivery staff arrived on time. They had called the previous afternoon with a two hour window. They set up the furniture in our room carefully and were very courteous.
