I have to say I was not feeling very impressed after the purchase of our trailer from the sales department, but after meeting with Karen, it changed our whole outlook on the Compass RV. She responded to our needs and defects in the trailer and stayed in contact with us every step of the way and made sure that everything was taken care of she walked through the trailer with us after repairs were made to show us. We took a family RV trip up the coast of California to San Francisco. It was an amazing experience with our Indie Camper. We had zero issues with the functionality of our camper. John and Cory were friendly and personable. Their professionalism and thoroughness help put us at ease and set us up for a great experience. We returned our RV 2 days early and John was able to pro-rate the difference. We will definitely recommend this Indie location to our friends and family.
