My only regret is not coming to them sooner! My 3 year old received OT at another clinic for a year before we decided to try somewhere else. Van OT for Kids is phenomenal. They have a receptionist, which seems simple but its SO nice to know that I can call anytime and not wait a few days to get called back. Also, Riba is so friendly and on it, she is responsible and personable and my daughter looks forward to seeing her! My son has been going to therapies for more than a year, he has improved a lot. The whole team is very professional, friendly, flexible and always willing to help. I highly recommend it.
Our family has been receiving services for almost a year now. We are incredibly appreciative to have found a warm, supportive and nonjudgmental environment for our kids to receive support for their goals. They are an incredible resource and support for parents. My kids adore staff and will happily work on their goals here (fine motor skills, emotional regulation, etc etc). We highly recommend Van OT for Kids to any family looking for OT support.
We got some help. But we had other issues which made our experience not so good.
I just wanted to share our family’s experience with Vancouver OT, where we went for almost a year — and what a difference it made for our two kids.
