When coast capital shuts down my car application this place gladly stepped in, thanks for giving me what i wanted, vehicles paid off and couldn't be happier.
Won’t. Leave me alone. Calls keep on coming 4 years after I bought a car. Don’t even know how they got my number. This can’t be legal.
They don't respond to emails or text cant get anyone on the phone
We financed a vehicle through this company. The early stages went fairly well. Now trying to refinance for a lower interest rate as to their program and can't get a hold of anyone. We've been dealing with James and took months to get a hold of him and now again won't return any messages or phone calls. Would literally rate this a zero if I could because it's been so frustrating!
Reasons I would NEVER recommend this company. 1. They lie. Sales person, Jesse spoke about how great this car was, he would get it. It sucks. Rattles when driving. Infotainment system glitches, car seat moves. Said they would fix it. Have they no? Why? Because last time I took my car in to get it fixed, it was the wrong seat, they didn’t communicate to the mechanic what was being done to my car and they ghosted me and the mechanic from Friday 2pm until Monday noon, so i was without a car from Friday to Monday and i have 2 ki... read more
