Reasons I would NEVER recommend this company. 1. They lie. Sales person, Jesse spoke about how great this car was, he would get it. It sucks. Rattles when driving. Infotainment system glitches, car seat moves. Said they would fix it. Have they no? Why? I was sold a temporary car under verbal contract for what was supposed to be 10 months, before putting me into something I wanted. Convinced to agree to a base model Jetta, and it's now been 35 months... I financed my GMC Acadia back in 2024. Just one month later, I noticed water pouring out from behind the dash every time I went through a car wash. I immediately contacted the dealership to get it fixed. Now here we are, over a YEAR later, and I’m still waiting on a call back. Do not buy from these scammers I bought a side by side in late 2024 when it arrived it had broken parts all the compartments were filled with garbage and to top it of it runs like shit there is something wrong with the engine and transmission. No inspection done also with oil leaking everywhere and the unit was caked in mud and shit . Been waiting for a call back and info since Oct. Maybe time to get the law involved should have none better that dealing with a surrey business.
1 STAR is too much, ZERO star is the best fit. Don’t get your car here or better don’t even consider VANCOUVER AUTO CREDIT as one of your choice. Our experience here is nightmare….. here is the list. 1 Overpriced 2 Warranty they offer useless 3 Car is dirty when delivered 4 Contract Agreement was never been explained properly 5 Didn’t inform us that there is recall on the car of our choice.
