1 STAR is too much, ZERO star is the best fit. Don’t get your car here or better don’t even consider VANCOUVER AUTO CREDIT as one of your choice. Our experience here is nightmare….. here is the list. 1 Overpriced 2 Warranty they offer useless 3 Car is dirty when delivered 4 Contract Agreement was never been explained properly 5 Didn’t inform us that there is recall on the car of our choice. And many more… This dealer never care about customer… Worse Worse Dealer

If i can give this dealership a 0 star, i would have give it. They took advantage to our zero knowledge in getting a car loan. They did not explain everything well. They added an optional warranty to our loan without telling us that it is optional. They did not tell us that car has a recall. Only after i received letter from the dealer that we got aware of the recall. They added the optional warranty to the total loan amount that we are paying. And we have mechsnical issues with the car, the warranty company did not cover us... read more

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I was overcharged by $4,000 on the purchase of my vehicle. I was also assured that my interest rate would be lowered after 10 months; however, this promise was never fulfilled. Despite numerous attempts to follow up, my calls were consistently ignored. In my opinion, the dealership did not conduct business in an honest or transparent manner. Based on my experience, I cannot in good conscience recommend them to others.

Zero stars. I bought a truck off them last aug. With in the first few months I was already 7 grand in debt with repairs they would not pay nor would global warranty cover. They sold me a complete lemon. I still have work that needs to be done to this truck . When it arrived the steering wheel was very damaged and the air bag was exposed. The heat didn't work. Dodgy business, all promised trade-in after the first year of purchase (that didn’t complete my needs) suddenly sales associate I had been working with became impossible to contact.
