A few months ago, about $4200 was defrauded from my account through Wealthsimple, and Wealthsimple refused to trace it. Been with this bank for 20 years perfect history of payments. Dinged my credit over 77 cents of interest charged after I paid Off the small balance my line of credit. They will not reverse. Bad business. . I am not upset about being charged fees or interest. I am upset because vancity charged 77 cents of interest after I paid the balance and did not notify me and then proceeded to report a delinquent missed payment to the credit bureau and tarnish my perfect credit for the 77 cents. Vancity is my best financial advisor. Vancity financial my renovations. As a financial institution helped my the difficult time when CORONAVIRUS in 2019- end of 2022, February. I finally turn around.
