Always waiting to long most of the time two cashiers only, long line, 40 mins wait.
Beautifull Staff
They have not nearly enough tellers working for the amount of clients they have waiting.. ridiculous to have 10 people waiting with 2 tellers and other staff not stepping in to help alleviate the long line..
Vancity is much better than the big banks. Invest in your community, not big bank CEOs.
This branch is the slowest out of them all. Always forced to wait like 20 minutes even if there’s one person in front of you. Management needs to be better and realize time is money.
