Great team
We are new clients with Vancity and were visiting from out of town with a very tight schedule. On some unfortunate advice we showed up with no appointment. Susan and Vincent did an A+ job accommodating us and efficiently and reassuringly getting everything we needed to get done. Really happy we went with Vancity.
It’s a credit union for our no. Profit banking needs. Staff has helped us with minimal issues.
I always had a great experience with Van City.Only recently I was sending a Christmas gift in US $ to my sister in Europe.The bank teller was very efficient and friendly but he asked me a questions which showed me: Where did the money come from( work,investment?) I said "Christmas gift"and he ask for the last name of the person who gave it too me! The control is out of control!
Come on VanCity, hire a professional cleaning company to clean your ATM vestibule. I walked in yesterday with a second customer behind me and we both gagged at the smell of urine in there. Not acceptable for any business least of all a bank your size! Not coming back to your branch till you get your act together.
