I had an exceptional experience with this bank teller, Sara.She was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely went above and beyond to help me. She took the time to answer all my questions and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who combines such excellent customer service with genuine kindness and care. She is truly an asset to the bank, and I really appreciate her outstanding service. I had a very unpleasant experience during my visit because the employee who assisted me, Marj, was wearing an extremely strong perfume. I have a severe sensitivity to fragrances, and after our interaction I developed a terrible headache, dizziness, and felt unwell for the next two to three days. I'd say 50% of the time Vancity's great but wow, consistently poor service, closed on Saturdays because the holiday is Monday. bank machines that don't allow you to make bank deposits from 11:00 to 7:00 in the morning. so inconvenient to try to do banking after hours when the ATM is not accessible or when the other ATM I went to didn't allow cash deposits. Tell me why I'm banking here?
