It’s a credit union for our no. Profit banking needs. Staff has helped us with minimal issues.
I always had a great experience with Van City.Only recently I was sending a Christmas gift in US $ to my sister in Europe.The bank teller was very efficient and friendly but he asked me a questions which showed me: Where did the money come from( work,investment?) I said "Christmas gift"and he ask for the last name of the person who gave it too me! The control is out of control!
Come on VanCity, hire a professional cleaning company to clean your ATM vestibule. I walked in yesterday with a second customer behind me and we both gagged at the smell of urine in there. Not acceptable for any business least of all a bank your size! Not coming back to your branch till you get your act together.
Recently I opened my Vancity account. My first online appointment was with Rebekah. She was quick, efficient and provided excellent customer service.
Very bad experience. I ordered my check book with the branch and they sent it to a wrong address. Beside all the stress and worries I had of someone might be using my check book, I called them and they promised me to expedite the process and send me another check book in 4 days. After one week, my check book is not ready yet. This is how bad these people are.
