This is my third time going back and forth between banks to rectify a small problem. I feel that positive things that Vancity once had is now gone. Warning to those that are planning to open an account with Vancity, the fees alone makes it impossible to bank with Vancity and the accounts don't provide you much freedom to maneuver between your personal banking and visas since both systems are seperate. Overall, go to a different bank.
A long time client I have been experiencing too many negative issues of customer service attitude at No.3 Rd Richmond branch. Mean, cold face, inexperienced, no polite explanation? We all will stop banking and leave.
