By far the best Vancity branch there is. Thank you very much Samir for going above and beyond to help out a man with disabilities. I recommend first and foremost that all disabled people do business here and secondly that everyone able bodied do business here as well. The manager of the branch is an amazing guy too and this branch has restored my faith in the humanity that can exist in Banking.
Very slow service.
I have been with Vancity since 1998, but I am now becoming unhappy, and I am looking for another cooperative banking. Vancity is definitely not the same bank it used to be.
I’ve noticed that e-transfers don’t show up right away for whatever reason the last one took over six hours to register in my account. I inquired about it four days ago they’re still getting answers for me.
Liars and thieves. Steal your money. Call you to brag about it. Cant call back cuz theyre just like that.
