Gloria Zhu is a very rude and unprofessional account manager. Throughout our conversation, her attitude shows that she doesn't care and is unwilling to provide any assistance. First of all, I said she can speak to me in Cantonese, and she said she doesn't speak Cantonese. I said another staff at No.3 Rd branch said she can speak Cantonese. By far the best Vancity branch there is. Thank you very much Samir for going above and beyond to help out a man with disabilities. I recommend first and foremost that all disabled people do business here and secondly that everyone able bodied do business here as well. The manager of the branch is an amazing guy too and this branch has restored my faith in the humanity that can exist in Banking.
Very slow service.
I have been with Vancity since 1998, but I am now becoming unhappy, and I am looking for another cooperative banking. Vancity is definitely not the same bank it used to be.
