Absolutely amazing! Wow! 2 years of struggle with all the services around, BUT this branch truly impressed me! They are real people here! And Inara literally saved me from taking a new financial deep dive into uncertainty and instability! I've got hope for this city once again! Thank you!
Teller service is super helpful but super slow. The long lineup and only 3 agent windows was frustrating everyone. One agent was with a single client the ENTIRE time meaning only 1 or 2 agents were available. I realize everyone has different needs and multiple issues but management should stay aware of growing lines and the frustration. The location is pleasant with a comfortable waiting area.
Incompetence at its best. Good thing I’m wrapping up any business I have with this bank and this branch. After waiting for half an hour (at the front of the line) because the two tellers were taking their sweet time with their client chatting about little things, I tried to deposit a bank draft into our account. I specifically chose a bank draft and paid for it so that there would be no hold on it. I like banking here. They are quick, have Dog Treats and are very friendly! Oh, and they have some free parking around back.
