My card got cloned and they treated me like I'm the criminal. They are the most unprofessional. Better not choose this bank.
Today Morning I had deposit some money in my account with the counter which is a lady work as casher she was absolutely rude with me. Exactly I don't understand why she work as casher she change my mood today very impolite and it's a shame for Vancity.
Not open on Monday? Please, this isn’t 1992. Some of us having business to do on weekdays. Very annoyed I came across down to discover their short service hours.
I’m a fairly new customer and I was very pleased with the initial service when opening my accounts. But, doing any banking with the tellers is awful. The lines are often long and the service is so slow. I don’t understand why other employees can’t jump in to help like at other banks. Once I counted at least 8 employees sitting at desks or in offices but no one stepped up. I even spoke to a manager after waiting over 25 mins (I was to only one in line) and was told they would try to help. Nothing happened so I eventually left... read more
