Very good service. Went in to get a bank draft for a car purchase and the teller also helped correct a mistake made with my accounts at another branch while I was signing the paperwork. The whole process took no longer than 5 minutes.
This was my second time visiting this branch.Last time we were really impressed by the way, we were treated by Paramdeep.Above and beyond is the right terminology to be used for him.Excellent customer service,with thorough knowledge of banking and helpful as( I noticed he was helping another girl who was on training). My best wishes for his growth and success 🙂.
I have been a member since 2002 at Branch 34, was an employee at branch level and head office. I am now 62 years old and my only gripe is the call center. I don't have much life left and spending over 20 plus minutes for an answer is too much and not the standard I remember. Becoming more and more like the Big Boy Banks Now I have to drive 30 mins to nearest Branch and wait in the guaranteed line up. For a simple answer. Mr. Singh
