9 people in the line, 2 tellers, one is the "business teller" seriously? Extremely poor "service" why am I even a "member"?
Am usually happy to bank with Vancity, lower fees, funds invested in local businesses more than filthy oil companies etc. But the new app is kind of a disaster. Hopefully it gets an update soon.
Through the phone customer service is very frustrating Each time I have to wait more than 40 minutes to get an answer and sometimes I have to hung up after 1 hour Please do something on this matter Thanks
Very disappointing experience with Vancity. The staff are unhelpful, and the information provided is unclear and inconsistent. I expected much better support from a financial institution. I honestly regret opening my account here. The level of customer care is extremely low, and their policies are confusing and not customer-friendly. I do not recommend banking with Vancity.
