I’ve banked here all my life, but honestly, it’s pretty consistently a drag. Lines are frequently very long and the debit cards that they issue are famously useless. Staff are always friendly and personable
Called vancity visa, hold for 15+min, refused to help me dispute a transaction even though the merchant is in the USA specifically texas. I live in BC. Horrible service.
