Van city hates poor people
Craziest joint. If you’re a tourist and need help breaking canadian bills even with ID they won’t allow it. I cross the street to TD and they did it with no drama. What a joke of a credit union. Disgusting waste of my time lining up for 10 min. Should have a sign that says members only the rest don’t matter.
I think there is some internal communication issues among stuff at this branch, different agents provided conflicting details to me. Very frustrating experience.
