Disappointed with the service. The person helping me was more focused on getting me out the door then being helpful. I took time off to go but I will have to go back because the service was lacking.
ATM not accessible outside of certain hours. .. PLEASE POST ATM HOURS ON THE DOOR

Very disappointing experience. I went to Vancity to open an account for my 16-year-old son. Before going, I checked online and also spoke with someone by phone, and both sources told me that an appointment was not required to open a new account. After taking the time to travel to the branch and wait in line, I was then told that I needed an appointment and could not be helped.
