Every time I go there there's always a big lineup. Not many tellers and it's not open very late. Closes early all the time

Less than zero stars if possible. The absolute slowest service on the planet. I waited 25 minutes in line today, really wish work stayed with RBC. When I mentioned about my long wait to the person who finally helped me, absolutely no reaction. Talk about cold and heartless. But then, everyone at this branch seems to be like that, so I should not be surprised. I am so glad I do not personally bank with VanCity. Just a terrible experience every time I go into the branch. If only these transactions could be done online.
How does a bank branch not have an ATM open outside of branch hours? If not 24 hours, then at least early evening hours and daytime hours on weekends. This is absolutely ridiculous.
