Upon walking into this branch, I was not greeted by either of the staff working as they were chatting amongst themselves wasn’t really sure which desk to walk up to. Carmen, one of the tellers was Unhelpful spoke quietly and quite Unfriendly, probably upset that I interrupted her conversation. Upon making a small cash withdrawal, I was questioned And had to give her a reason why I wanted to access my own cash which I have been a member since 2003. slick liars , slick thieves. they sold my social insurance now theyre mia. im not the only person whos info has been compromised and life turned upside down. they tried to calm me down with a tea, but they had no milk or honey. and its was lukewarm not boiling. shameful.
