Today I visited the Lynn Creek branch and was assisted by a very friendly and helpful young woman named Lizzy or Izzy (I couldn’t quite see her name tag). Anyway, this young woman’s knowledge and professionalism was really outstanding.
I like this bank! Staff are friendly and Kizzy, in particular, always goes above and beyond her duties and very competently! However, I tried to make an appt online and could not do so because the 1370 Main Street branch is not on the list of branches!!!!
We had to make a complicated transaction.. We dealt with Kizzy, who was super friendly and knowledgeable. She went the extra mile to take care of us. She handled it very professionally. Great job!!!
If you expect fast service, never come to this location. Staffs are chatting with you so much while their hand not working.
