Waited at this location for 30 minutes with only 2 people in front of me while the assistant manager sat in her office. 10 more people behind me in line. Customers obviously don’t matter here.

Today I visited the Lynn Creek branch and was assisted by a very friendly and helpful young woman named Lizzy or Izzy (I couldn’t quite see her name tag). Anyway, this young woman’s knowledge and professionalism was really outstanding.
