I am a client of Vancity Credit Union from 1998 visiting several branches through the years I can tell you that the best Professional experience I always find at Lone Creek community branch from Financial service representative KIZZY ENGLISH
Today I visited the Lynn Creek branch and was assisted by a very friendly and helpful young woman named Lizzy or Izzy (I couldn’t quite see her name tag). Anyway, this young woman’s knowledge and professionalism was really outstanding.
I like this bank! Staff are friendly and Kizzy, in particular, always goes above and beyond her duties and very competently! However, I tried to make an appt online and could not do so because the 1370 Main Street branch is not on the list of branches!!!!
