Horrible location they should all be fired
Almost every business days, for depositing I go to this branch of Vancity. I appreciate to Manager Gina and staffs working in this this location of Vancity for wonderful attention to customers.
I recently had to deal with my branch directly whilst being overseas. Shayan dealt with my request and was friendly, courteous, professional and efficient. Needless to say I was extremely impressed with the service I received
Come on VanCity. You can do better. 1 teller on a Thursday morning at 10:30? Plus people only come in to deal with complicated issues that take a lot of time. VanCity has gone down hill since I started in 1996. The new fees for the “electronic package” turned Essential account super lame and now expensive. No customer loyalty.
