I’ve just moved from Richmond to White Rock and yesterday was my first time visiting the 152nd Street branch. My teller was Susanne (sp?) and she was so sweet and helpful! Very friendly place.
On Friday June 7th. I went to this branch to have some cash. Reception lady said hello hi with a greeting. Then there was no line. I was happy normally when I visit Newton branch Surrey is always busy. There was one cashier dealing with the customer and no other staff was there. As soon the customer left the staff she went inside. Another staff was on the chair and I looked at her and thought maybe she will serve as she was free. She said the other staff will be back.
