Vik got me approved for my first credit card after years of being rejected and not knowing why. He has also helped out my family since 2015 with our banking needs. He offers exceptional customer service and really goes above and beyond the customer's expectations. If it wasn't for Vik, I probably would have switched over to TD just because I find the Vancity app extremely slow and I find it odd how you just have to say your password to the bank teller to get access to your account - it doesn't seem the most secure to me.
