What happened to this branch all of a sudden? Super long lineups when they used to be so efficient. I stopped going to my home branch (Whiterock) due to the long delays and slow staff. I started coming here to the Morgan Creek branch because I found them to be fast and never saw a lineup...for the past month, however..different story.
