I highly recommend anyone thinking about opening an account with Vancity doesn’t. 1 star for the new app and customer service. I spent 30min on hold waiting for someone to answer the phone, which, to be fair is better than the hour plus I HAVE spent waiting on customer service. Not to mention the screaming children in the background of my call agents phone and putting me on hold multiple times probably to deal with said children. I’m the laziest person but yall might actually push me to find a new bank and close my accounts ... read more
