They're closing this branch. I liked this bank but I suppose they don't care about customer service anymore. In a city with a booming population the idea that they would close a branch is insane. I wouldn't be surprised if this little strip is next to be redeveloped.
Open the Marpole # branch please. Maybe it’s time to switch banks/credit unions
Excellent staff!
Closed for months due to COVID, this is one of two branches in Vancouver that remain closed. I opened an account here when I moved into the area because it was the closest credit union to me, now it's quite some distance to their next closest branch. They lock the front ATM vestibule overnight. You can see where there used to be a slot for debit card access, but no bueno anymore. I get better rates and products at other banks.
