We had a fairly complex transaction that involved contact with the branch legal department that Elaine H. handled with both professionalism and efficiency. Not only did she help to quickly sort this with clear and timely communication, but followed up with us to ensure the Vancity legal department put all things in place as we directed. Overall a seamless and great experience.

I have always had excellent service at the Vancity Blundell branch. The staff have always been friendly and helpful to me. Phillip in particular was so kind and helpful recently, even tho it was just before closing, I was stressed because I was moving the next day, and there were several people in line behind me. He was calm and careful. I really appreciated his following up the next day to let me know that my transaction had gone through as intended. It’s a great branch all around.
