Van Chitty Bank, Richmond branch, good service, fast, no big deal for me.
They say you get what you pay for...and in the case of this institution, nothing could be truer. VC recently released their 'New' digital banking software...and what a mess. Deposits go missing, statements have disappeared...not to mention the general layout where key data is cutoff. Plus now when you pay a bill online, you get a graphic transaction confirmation rather than text further complicating your record keeping. It's almost as if the designers never did any banking. We had a fairly complex transaction that involved contact with the branch legal department that Elaine H. handled with both professionalism and efficiency. Not only did she help to quickly sort this with clear and timely communication, but followed up with us to ensure the Vancity legal department put all things in place as we directed. Overall a seamless and great experience.
