I have always had good experiences with tellers and the ATM. Surprised to see other reviews complaining about the lines. Sometimes I have to wait but I've never had to wait long, certainly no different than when I was with a big bank.
Avoid using vancity visa, hold for 15+min, refused to help me dispute a transaction even though the merchant is in the USA specifically texas. I live in BC. Horrible service.
I like Vancity, but the in person experience is agravating. Long lineups with only one employee at the seven desks.
Lovely helpful staff however no matter how long or short the line is to see a teller, it consistently takes FOREVER which is extremely frustrating and just doesn’t seem to make any sense 🤷♀️😑
