Customer service is excellent,tellers are very knowledgeable, management is professional,only problem is long lines due to so many people using the bank in person rather than online

Customer service at this location is awful. I’ve been to other locations to cash my cheque with no issues however when i come here they tell me they can’t cash my cheque without calling and confirming. My workplace isn’t open on the weekends so i told them they wouldn’t get a response. They told me they could do nothing for me even though I am in their system for cashing MULTIPLE cheques with this bank. Honestly if you can make it down the the Main Street and Keefer location they’ll actually treat you kindly and respectfully... read more
Slowest Vancity I’ve dealt with. Anytime you go see a teller it’s half an hour. Even if the branch is empty.
