I switched my business account from Scotia Bank to Vancity about a year ago, and I am so thankful I did. My rep at the Guildford location Waleed showed actual interest in my business and helped me secure funding. On top of that they have a display case to display your business for a week which I found valuable. Vancity truly cares about its small business clients and it shows.
I took out $100 from their atm. They do not dispense any $10s $5s. Only 20,50,100. I tried to have the teller break my $20 but they only will break bills if you have an account. Terrible bank
I went there and there were 11 people in line waiting to be served. The staff were just walking around, laughing, and repeatedly saying they were “busy with something else.” No one acknowledged the customers or made any effort to provide service. Completely unprofessional and disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back.
Very slow service. Not enough staff to provide the service to the customers. Prioritizing customer with business over the other customer. But excuse me ( without the normal customers your institution will have no business) It is not possible to wait 90 min
