Edit: Updating review 2 yrs later and the problem is probably even worse. Avoid this branch all together if you need a teller, consider booking an appointment and expect to wait 2 weeks. Wasn't sure if I'd die of old age waiting in line. Not enough tellers, workers seem miserable, customers seem miserable. Re-thinking just closing my account after my experience here. Zip over to the Surrey Central one if you can.
I am writing to express my gratitude for the services provided to me by Waleed H. I had his name from an email 5 years ago. I switched my mortgage providers and was having an issue with VanCity still withdrawing funds from my account. I emailed Waleed and he was amazing. Anupa was very friendly, efficient and informative. She took care of closing my credit card and assisted with several other bank transactions and made the whole process fairly quick and painless.
