Very slow, waiting in line for more than a hour, it is worst service I ever experienced. The manager is very unprofessional, just ignore the customer
Monday 3rd Feb. Been waiting for 45 Mins. This is a Very lousy service. On a Monday ONLY 2 Teller's!! To Vancity MANAGEMENT! It's Not the First time, this happens EVERY TIME. DON'T keep saying Sorry. Do something about it.
Waited about 40 minutes just to get a bank draft. This location doesn’t seem to care about customer service. Everyone was dressed in jeans and sweatshirts not very professional. Then when I was getting my bank draft I mentioned that my break ended 10 minutes ago and that I needed to be in and out then a new girl gets brought over to be taught how to make a bank draft. You won’t catch me in this location EVER.
