This is the worst banking branch I've ever dealt with in my entire life. Another person ran up an extensive debt of several thousand dollars on my account. Instead of dealing with this issue like a regular human being, the VanCity customer service representatives repeatedly gave me the run-around - on the phone, online, AND in person.
