Your ATM ate my card at 8 AM on a Saturday morning. And you don’t open untill 930am on a Monday. Now I have no cash for the holidays and no card. And no one can help me. Thanks for completely ruining my weekend!
I witnessed the branch manager Cassidy Roder be short and rude not only with her staff but also a customer in line (both visible minorities). I’ve banked with Vancity for their mission of inclusivity and tolerance. I suggest retraining her or perhaps she’s not the best example to be leading a team.
I love Vancity but you often have to wait around 10 mins or more for service. Staff are friendly. The wait it the only downside.

Looks very diversity branch,the problem is all those people today looked very sad and unfriendly, the look on their face was like just hate working here and dealing with you-this is very sad.Vancity staff use to be very welcoming and friendly, was nice experience everitime I visit,perhaps thing's changed for worst-time to move to place where will feel welcomed
