I had high hopes for this bank. They have bank accounts catered for disabled folks, but yet their services are less accessible than my other bank. It's closed when I need it most and it seems like everything needs to be done in person (which isn't very disability accessible, especially when it's an exhausting Uphill trek from the SkyTrain station.) Went to get two $10 bills for a $20 bill. Business representative said I need to have an account with them even if I just want to exchange bills. Never had that issue with other FI’s. Disappointed with the exchange. No pun intended.
Bad experience, don’t open an account here they were very unhelpful.
Waited in a 30-minute line because they had only 2 tellers and 1 business clerk open on a Friday evening.
That branch has some racist security and he works 5/December/2024 at night time also for sure I will be coming to talk with that branch manager about that issue
