Terrible I got a message saying open a high interest saving account with us and get a 4.5% interest rate. I think it is too good to be true. I took the bait, my bad I open the account using their webpage, the webpage crashes, I managed to open the account but couldn't get a customer ID number. System says their having technical difficulties, I call customer service, they have no idea what I'm talking about, almost as if I would have called another bank, they keep me 30 min on the phone asking for the same questions over and ... read more
