vancity visa HORRIBLE, hold for 15+min, refused to help me dispute a transaction even though the merchant is in the USA specifically texas. I live in BC. Horrible service.

Worst customer service ever. Very ineffective at managing anything financial and will not take accountability for their abusive staff. Avoid banking with this credit union. You will regret it.
