Very very very bad they charging for only one paper statement $5 which is not acceptable for only one paper and I have account with RBC also they not charging any sometimes when they did charge you they charging only $0.75 cents per paper so it is very very very bad . And last month they told us that you can call to that number number when call to that number they spent my 2 hours also and at last told me that I can’t do any thing you can go back to the branch and talk to them so very very bad experience. There are only two people to assist customers, which is why there is overcrowding, delays, and a waste of customers' time.
