Had such a great experience with vancity. All the staff is really gd tthey train well always smile and customer service is great. Sarabjeet and monika thanks alot for your help in delta branch.
Branch manager and front end manager have poor communication skills with members and their own co- workers, make you come back into the office several times for no reason, breach your privacy and threaten you when they have made a mistake. Awful bank to become a member at, I would change banks or not go to that location for anyone thinking about becoming a member at Vancity. First time in this branch and greatly appreciated Sirats professionalism & courteousness. I got a new debit card from the branch on 96 Ave & 128th St. My oops for not asking the teller if I needed to do anything to set it up or even being able to guess what temp sin he set up. Sirat set up a new temp pin on that same card, walked me over to the interact machine waited to make sure that the new pin was successfully setup & provided me with further setup instructions. Hello, I want to thank Monika Nanda, Delta Branch for her incredible and spontaneously quick service in helping me resolve my credit card fraudulent use and getting my refund back.
