Hello, I want to thank Monika Nanda, Delta Branch for her incredible and spontaneously quick service in helping me resolve my credit card fraudulent use and getting my refund back. I went to branch and I reported the issue to her. Monika Nanda understood the situation and responded with utmost knowledge and passion. Amazing customer service by Mostafa at this location. Worked on my mortgage today for renewal. This guy is honest and very helpful and good smile at all the time.
Last week, I visited the Delta branch and was helped by a lady who said she was the supervisor. Unfortunately, the greeting didn’t feel pleasant, and I felt she was not interested in helping me. When I asked to speak with her manager, she said the manager was in a meeting. In my opinion, supervisors in customer service should have good communication skills and make customers feel welcome.
