I went to the Vancity Delta branch today, 4 Sep 2025. This is the branch at 120th Street and 72nd Avenue. I went there with my daughter to reconstruct her access to online banking. Sharan Birk assisted us. She was very detailed and comprehensive. There were a few instances she has to consult someone else in the branch to ensure everything was correct and complete. Every time I visit this bank, there is only one employee working while a long line of people are waiting. The service is extremely slow, and this has happened not just once but every single time I come here. It’s very frustrating and unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t have to wait this long just to speak to someone. The bank seriously needs to hire more staff or improve its customer service system.

Have been moving more finances over to this branch. Credit unions seem to have more freedom do bank how you want not how the banks want you too. Have worked with Harman and Amandeep, both come across as very knowledgeable of their craft. Made me feel comfortable banking here both for business and personal. Appointments are fairly easy to book even for a working person.
