Ridiculous bank. Came in with a $19,000 draft. Lady at the counter literally told me to use CIBC, the bank that issue the draft. I’ve had an account since 2017. I have numerous transactions that take place in my account on a regular monthly basis for years. Then she told me that your home branch is Delta. I live in North Surrey !! Whats the point of these branches if your going to make me go to another location and waste my time ?? I live in this area, I request these guys to change my home branch every time !!
Don't recommend getting a safe from Vancity. They touched our items without one of us being present. There were two females that counted our items. The policy is that the safe owner needs to be present when they are counting/moving our items. Turns out my Nani ring and my mom's earrings had disappeared. We will be looking into another bank.
I always regret wasting my time in this backward bank.. There are always problems. In everything... The service is so bad that I wanted to use the bathroom while waiting in line... They apologized and said that they do not have a public bathroom... considering their customers as members of the public... And I asked to go to Starbucks to use the bathroom... Shame on them
Mallika, the staff member, was very rude. I waited in the business line for 30 minutes with no assistance—extremely poor customer service. I'm seriously considering closing my account.
