I had to take my kid to a washroom while waiting in queue, yet they apologised saying they don’t have a washroom for him. So I had to go to Starbucks pretending I am customer there. Funny service! Really! Even for kids! I thought about letting my kid pee on the ground and leave it, they will wipe it.
The worst experience at this branch. She has no professional ethics or tact with the customer. I really think the assistant manager's way of expressing herself is terrible. She's very arrogant and gets upset if you don't have a fluent level of English.
I was having trouble setting up my online banking and Prabh was so patient and helpful. She didn’t rush me and made sure I understood how everything worked before I left. Truly appreciated the help.
I had the pleasure being helped by Puneet. Her customer service is second to none. She’s extremely knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, and gave me excellent advice. She went above and beyond. Thank you, Puneet!
v.v.v.v.very slow service. almost 30 minutes i am here but still waiting. only 2 counters are open. pls do not come here try to other bank or branch.
