The customers are argumentative, so it takes forever to get seen, even if they have three windows open. It wouldn't be so bad if they hadn't closed so many local branches, thus funneling all the customers in a ten kilometer radius into here. I'm gradually shifting my banking out of Vancity. It sucks now.
I went to RBC two blocks away to get a US money order. They said they no longer do them for non-business clients. I came to Vancity and they did it no problem with a much shorter wait. Consistently better service with Vancity than the big banks. Very kind service today too. Thank you!
this branch allwase ignore normal account holders. here 6 counter but open only 3 every time. 2 contour recieved business transaction. and you know business account take a long time. I am here almost 30 minutes. still in the line I have no idea what time she call me. business account holder still here almost 30 minutes same 2 window. ignore this branch try to other branch my be other one good
