Vancity goes out of their way to help you. I have been a member since 2008 and I always found sound and reasonable advice and efficient service. Now that I am retired I can rely on VanCity treating me well.
Today, I had the pleasure of talking to Daniel. He was very patient and understanding, he did everything he can to help me with my banking transaction. Daniel made my banking experience outstanding. Definitely will be returning to this branch for my future transactions. Thank you Daniel :)
I might as well add my negative review on this Vancity Credit Union located at Market Crossing Mall in South Burnaby. My sister gave me a Vancity bank city statement belonging to my Dad (who passed away in 2018). I was the executor of his estate ,so I went down there with the wills of both my parents and tried to close this thing out, there was less than 100 Vancity share dollars in the account.
