Absolute worst service...an absolute joke of a bank...i am honestly shocked of their lack of service..if you are considering openong a bank account here your goona regret it i promise. Go with a real genuine banking company i.e Scotiabank..RBC....TD....unbelievable..note this review isnt targeted against this loctaion or the workers there this review is of how poor and little service the company itself offers..i hope this helps someone

I came in for a couple questions and the teller Q was quite welcoming and gave me a great experience!
⚠️ Very Unsafe Experience I had a terrible experience at the Vancity Metrotown branch. A homeless person walked into the lobby, smelling strongly of body odor, and started roaring loudly like a lion. It was extremely frightening. Shockingly, there were no security guards present, and the bank allowed this situation to happen. For a financial institution, safety should be the most basic responsibility, but this branch failed to provide it.
