They really do not know what they are doing and how they should do it !! They messed up my line of credit payments and it hit my credit score. They suspended my card and the person who was assigned for my case was mostly on vacation ! No time commitment and no apology. It was in 2021 that happened and writing this review in 2026 as it still reflects on my Equifax credit score. This person gave me an official letter but did not inform me to dispute and appeal to Equifax to fix this!!
