Highly recommend Nico Schiavinato at Vancity! He was professional, extremely responsive, and provided clear options. The entire process, from application to funding, was smooth and efficient. Excellent service!
much better than the big corporate banks, but they charge too much to print monthly acct statements on request; they charged me a whopping $10 for 2 months of statements.
Absolute worst service...an absolute joke of a bank...i am honestly shocked of their lack of service..if you are considering openong a bank account here your goona regret it i promise. Go with a real genuine banking company i.e Scotiabank..RBC....TD....unbelievable..note this review isnt targeted against this loctaion or the workers there this review is of how poor and little service the company itself offers..i hope this helps someone
