Just as disrespectful as their responses to any reviews other than positive.
I am recovering from spinal surgery and had bought a mattress two years ago. It was so nice but now it is so soft and I hurt all the time. The sides had softened too much and I was afraid I would fall. Vance inspected it and agreed to let me choose another one. It is just what I needed!!! I am so happy with Vance and Evangeline for helping me find the right fit for my spine. They are truly wonderful people. Run away!! They would not talk to my wife at all. They always were addressing me, even though she was making the decision to purchase. Prices were a bit high but the lack of respect for a woman was obvious.
Always great service and can always find something new in-store at reasonable price and if not can have it ordered. Love all the options and the quality of the furniture. My family loves just sprucing up with the refreshing ideas Vance brings to us where we are so limited here we are very thankful for his business and dedication to the shore.
