Before the session begins Tommy takes the time to discuss any current concerns you may have or areas for him to focus on, and he definitely listens. The massage is excellent and when he is finished Tommy gives you a report of when he encountered (e.g. tight hips, adhesions under your shoulder blades, whether a pain feels like an injury or just tension, etc), and gives you advice on how to address those things on your own. Highly recommended!
