Absolutely rude and unprofessional. They give misleading information on paperwork and refuse to speak with you at all when you have evidence to prove them wrong. Even when the proof is in their face that they can process the paperwork, they will simply ignore you and refuse to help you because they have decided not to like you. The blonde lady uses being 'new' as an excuse to be hateful as well, and the red headed lady is just as snarky. People are waiting outside on December 23, 2024. Employees start walking out saying that they closed at 12 today on December 23, 2024. Website says they’re open till 4:30 PM. It also says they will be closed the 24th and 25 December 2024. Sign on door says they are closed the 24th and 25 December. Does not say anything about closing at noon on the 23rd. This is poor service that is supposed to serve the public.
Heather was great, in and out in 5 minutes. Initial visit I was lacking correct documents, they explained what I needed and were very patient.
These ladies are always so helpful.
