Please tell me that Van Til's does not condone the service and the "attitude" that Stephanie in customer service give out to customers. I was with my mother while my mother was paying for the catering provided by Van Tils for my father's funeral luncheon. The Deli personnel were phenomenal with taking the time and patience with my mother. That all changed when we were at the customer service counter. First of all, no one was ahead of us or anyone waiting behind us in line. Stephanie acted as if it were a bother to wait on us... read more
