Ordered some sanding belts and the day after they’re delivered I start getting these weird, rude messages from “van sant group” saying I owe them money. I assume it’s a phishing attempt and ignore it but then I keep getting multiple emails and voicemails a day so I respond and say I don’t know who they are and to leave me alone. I ordered some band saw items from them. They had the parts listed on their website with no description. I called to get a description over the phone. They were clueless about their own parts they were selling, but assured me the parts would suit my needs perfectly. Low and behold, I get the parts and they don't work for what I'm trying to do at all. I finally found the actual manufacturer's phone number and called them.
