About 10 minutes away from the airport, where all rental car agencies are located. The Dollar employee that handled my rental was beyond rude and looked incredibly bored.
wins my prize as the best rental car place in my neighborhood. I've had to rent cars five times over the last couple of months. The first two places were OK, but time-consuming—one took almost an hour to ready my car. Neither offered pick-up/return. Both were understaffed. friendly, quick, with a well-trained, ample staff. They're in a league of their own.
